Quick and Fast Shrimp
Curry:
Ingredients:
- 1 tsp margarine or butter
- ½ lb fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 can (10 ¾ oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 tsp curry powder
Saute onion in margarine, add shrimp. When onions
are clear, add cream of mushroom and curry powder. When mixture
comes to a boil, turn off heat.
Serves 2.
