Teriyaki
Sauce:
1 Cup Soy
Sauce or Shoyu
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Water |
1 or 2 Cloves
of Garlic
1 Piece of fresh Ginger about 1" round
¼ Cup of Red Wine or Dry Sherry ** |
Combine all of the ingredients into a blender
and blend for about 30 secs.
If you don't have a blender smash, pulverize ( not mince ) the
garlic and ginger to release all of its juices.
Do not use a food processor.
Soak your meat or whatever you want for at least an hour before
cooking.
Use on meat, chicken, pork, lamb, goat, fish, tofu.
Cook on your BBQ, grill in oven or stove top grill.
** Wine or sherry is optional.
If you like rabbit, add the wine to the sauce and grill over
charcoal. It is onolicious!
